Yes. The existing server and Managed Infrastructure billing continue, while Website Care covers the individual approved website or application.
The exact access depends on the plan, but normally includes website administration, hosting-panel or SSH access, DNS access where relevant and permission to configure independent backups and monitoring.
Small maintenance-related configuration adjustments can be handled when they use the site’s existing functionality and can be completed safely within the plan. New pages, content production, redesigns, custom development, new integrations and larger changes are quoted separately.
Gotekky will identify and document the likely infrastructure issue and coordinate with the provider when that coordination is within scope. Resolution timing remains dependent on the provider unless Gotekky manages the infrastructure.
