Managed Infrastructure covers the operating system, security, access controls, web stack, monitoring, backups, performance and server-level incidents for supported VPS, dedicated server and cloud environments. Gotekky maintains the platform, investigates operational problems and coordinates the technical response when an infrastructure provider is involved.
External provider responsibilities remain documented. When the environment is hosted elsewhere, Gotekky investigates, documents and escalates provider-side incidents as part of the managed response. The external provider controls repair of its own network, hypervisor, physical hardware and facility.
