Pricing and starting path

A managed plan, not a low-cost hosting account

Managed Website with hosting starts at CAD 149 per month with a CAD 249 setup charge. If suitable hosting is already in place, Website Care starts at CAD 129 per month. Important sites with integrations, scheduled tasks or staging normally require the corresponding business plan.

Additional development is quoted separately.
Migration or remediation may be required before management begins.
A CAD 395 technical assessment is recommended for unstable, undocumented or compromised sites.

Managed Website has a one-business-day response target. Managed Business Website has a four-business-hour response target for supported operational requests. These are response and triage targets, not a promise that every third-party software defect can be resolved in the same period.

Monitoring alerts are reviewed as part of the managed service.
Planned changes are coordinated to reduce avoidable production risk.
Major redesigns and custom development follow a separate scope.

Before choosing the service

Is this ordinary Canadian WordPress hosting?

No. The service includes defined operational responsibility for supported updates, monitoring, backups, DNS and routine technical care.

Can Gotekky manage a site hosted elsewhere?

Yes. Website Care plans can cover eligible sites hosted with Gotekky or an external provider. The host remains responsible for the server layer unless Managed Infrastructure is purchased separately.

Are all plugins updated automatically?

Updates are managed according to risk. Important sites may use staging and testing before production changes.

Does the plan include design?

No. Design, content and new features are separately scoped projects.

Can our designer remain involved?

Yes. Gotekky can operate the technical environment while a design partner remains responsible for creative work.
