Messages reach some providers but are rejected, quarantined or silently filtered by others.
When business email depends on more than a mailbox
Gotekky investigates delivery failures, manages domain authentication and coordinates DNS changes for Canadian organizations that need one technical owner across the mail path.
The problem this service is designed to solve
This service is for businesses facing rejected, missing or unauthenticated email, or for organizations that want DNS and sender authentication managed before failures affect customers.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC records have grown inconsistent across mail, marketing and application vendors.
DNS changes are made without review, rollback or awareness of dependent services.
Each provider can confirm only its own system, leaving nobody responsible for the complete delivery path.
What Gotekky owns, and what remains outside scope
Useful responsibility starts with written boundaries. The items below are confirmed in the applicable plan or proposal.
Gotekky assumes responsibility for
- DNS record administration and controlled changes for approved domains
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC design, implementation and review
- Mail-flow, header, rejection and reputation investigation
- Coordination with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hosting, application and DNS providers
- Documentation of authorized senders and domain dependencies
- Monitoring or periodic review according to the selected service
Outside the standard scope
- Guarantees that every receiving provider will accept or inbox every message
- Bulk marketing strategy, list acquisition or campaign-content consulting
- Remediation of abusive sending without the client stopping the underlying activity
- Licence, gateway or external reputation-service charges
Choose ongoing domain protection or a focused investigation
Email Domain Protection starts at CAD 79 per month per domain with a CAD 395 setup charge. Broader Managed Email Administration starts at CAD 129 per month plus licences. A Technical Operations Assessment is CAD 395 when the sender landscape or failure is unclear.
- Mailbox migrations start at CAD 95 per standard mailbox or CAD 150 for complex mailboxes.
- Third-party licences and provider charges are separate.
- Remediation projects are quoted when DNS, applications or reputation require substantial correction.
Tracing a Microsoft rejection to the correct sending path
A business received a Microsoft S3150 rejection that appeared to implicate the traveller’s Internet connection. Gotekky separated the client device, public IP and outbound mail server roles, reviewed authentication and the sending path, and identified which provider and reputation process actually required remediation.

How the engagement moves forward
Map every sender
We identify Microsoft 365, hosted mail, websites, devices, marketing platforms and applications using the domain.
Collect evidence
Gotekky reviews DNS, message headers, rejection codes, logs and provider status.
Correct and coordinate
Records, routing or sender configuration are changed through a controlled plan and escalated where required.
Protect the domain
Authorized senders and DNS dependencies are documented and reviewed under the selected service.
Delivery investigations begin with evidence, not guesswork
Gotekky confirms the affected sender, recipient domain, rejection details and message path before changing DNS. Response expectations follow the selected email plan or the written project scope.
- DNS changes account for propagation, TTL and rollback requirements.
- Provider-side blocks may require external review and cannot be resolved solely by changing records.
- Emergency incidents are triaged separately from planned authentication improvements.
Before choosing the service
Can you guarantee that email reaches the inbox?
No. Receiving providers control final filtering. Gotekky can improve authentication, configuration, evidence and escalation, but cannot guarantee placement.
Do you manage DNS even if the domain is registered elsewhere?
Yes, when Gotekky has suitable access and the provider supports controlled administration.
Will adding DMARC fix every delivery problem?
No. DMARC is one part of sender authentication. Reputation, content, volume, forwarding and application behaviour also matter.
Can you identify every service sending as our domain?
Usually through DNS, headers, logs, stakeholder interviews and DMARC reporting, though undocumented systems may require investigation.
Do you support both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Gotekky can administer supported environments and coordinate the surrounding DNS and sender systems.
